Found a Valenite V555 A 09 0600 K09R new in box with 2 wiper inserts. This hog uses PDKT 0905xx inserts, Dormer Pramet makes them, which I had used on a smaller 3" V555 mill, see linked example. (https://www.industrialmill.com/products/dormerpramet6756071/)
Comes with all pocket screws, 2 spares, antisieze tube and a torx driver in the case. See pics.
I'd say you would need 4-5+ HP to run this, on a CAT50 or HSK100 type arbor. $150 shipped OBO.

6" cutting diameter
1.5" arbor diameter w/keyways
2.375" height
9 tooth, 0.20" max depth of cut
No coolant thru
