Looks like a copy of an early Optima w/o a point splitting option. I've also see the design sold as a "Megapoint", the Megapoint manual is available online as a pdf - if you can't find it I could email it to a regular email address.

I sent a couple of manuals. I hope you have the chucks for the grinder, they're fairly scarce. I'm still looking for one of the small chucks.
