New round stock titanium 6AL-4V. Nothing wrong with it we just ordered it the wrong size and the company we got it from won't take it back. It's 19 pieces all measure the same at 4.5" diameter by 5" long. If needed we most likely have material certifications... Just let me know if that makes a difference and I'll have the office dig them out. Selling to best offer.... It's almost $7000 in material ... But like I said make a offer.
