Are you talking about Walter Helitronic CNC cutter grinders ? If so, I know a couple places that use them.
If it's something else, sorry for the interruption.
I believe so, they came from the cutter grinder room of a large german owned hydraulic hose shop in south carolina. there was a large cutter grinder there aswell that I believe these to be for. There are 3 manuals and atleast 2 have hellitronic on several pages, I could take some pics later today.
