Wanted: 5c collet adapter for SouthBend 14.5 lathe

Looking for the piece that slide into the spindle and centers the 5C collet as the draw bar is tightened.
 
JFK is the source for new 5C collet adapters for about any lathe. They used to have a good website with helpful information and a list of dozens of different size adapters. Today, maybe you need to phone them and ask.
