wanting to make an engravers ball vice so i need about a 3" self centing 4 jaw chuck
can be fairly crappy since i won't be spinning at speed just rotating by hand
cheep
independant jaw would work too i suppose

the perfect deal would be someone that wants to trade for a big 'ol box of 4140 drops

About the easiest way would be to track down a 4-jaw designed for a wood lathe
