I have a Wells Index that uses the same setup, tooling is hard to find. But if you look up the specs, there are a few manufacturers that match the dimensions on their regular NMTB #30 tool holders.

Thanks! Much appreciated. Seems most used tool holders are going from $50-$100 each. I want an assortment, but I might have to piecemeal them to make it affordable.

The flange is too thick for a qc30 lock nut, but if you face off .03" or so (can't remember the exact amount) on a lathe, they will work just fine in your spindle.
I mainly use the er16 and er32 holders and they work great. I would avoid the face mill arbors though, they aren't great. I have found face mill arbors to be a "buy once- cry once" sort of item, get the good ones.
