Nylatron is teflon filled nylon. I you can use MDS or oil filled nylon then McMaster-Carr has bar stock you can make your tube from.

Molybdenum Disulphate rather than Teflon. The MDS Nylon 6/6 on McMaster is "generic" Nylotron.
Readily available in rods from any plastics supplier. Haven't tried to buy it in tubes...

I've got a couple lengths of what appears to be graphite impregnated nylon. I can't be sure of material since it is only marked with "made in USA" and a lot number. Dark gray color with an irridesence on the surface which reminds of graphite. Machines like nylon. Tubular, 1" x 2 1/4". 3" chunk free for postage since I cannot confirm material. PM me with email and I'll send photos.
