I figure this will be a long-term post, brought back up occasionally to see if anything has appeared, so unless I've specifically noted a part has been found or I no longer need it, assume I still need it. :D

I'm looking for parts for my 1942 16" Springfield Lathe.

Main desire, a complete taper attachment, or parts thereof. I have no idea if ones off of larger or smaller Springfields also fit, but if you're willing to take a few measurements and compare, we can sure find out.

Second, a complete compound also for a 16".

Less important, but still desired:

Threading dial.

Miter gears for the feed assy. in the apron.

Oil pump in usable/workable condition.

Factory Springfield carriage stop.

Feed clutch handles off apron

And, I know it's a long shot, but if you have that little micrometer nut and rod for the cross-slide stop, I'd love to have that. Or even just good pictures and/or measurements of one so I can duplicate it.

Thanks for reading.

Bumping.

Picked up a possible/adaptable thread dial off another PM'er, although I may have to change the gear wheel.

Still wouldn't mind a factory one if it could be found.

Would still love to have the taper and compound. If a proper taper attachment can be found, my machine currently has an old Lodge & Shipley unit adapted to it I'd be happy to sell or trade.
