we could make one, but without EXACT measurements, we'd have to make a few trial sized pieces that could be shipped at more budget friendly rate. also what size plate/ chuck, (adapter?) are you looking for?
Attached are the measurements I took.
I have a 9" 4 jaw that I'm looking to mount, I figured I could do the final fitting. @hvnlymachining let me know what else you need.
