WTB 5C collets decimal sizes 1.050 to 1.053

Need 5C collets that will pass these diameters through the rear as they will be used with a bar feed. Used to use a 1&3/64 collet but the Schedule 40 aluminum pipe in my last batch is running 1.050. Plus being out of round by a couple of thousands. Anyone have any they want to part with? Thanks!

Why not just make your own with an emergency collet?

You can get one directly from Hardinge for $60, but they are out of stock right now on that size (26.7mm = 1.0512"). Website says 10 working days to make one up.

10 working days for an oddball isn't that bad. The bushings and collets for my Swiss are now 5 week lead time, made to order no matter what the size, and it isn't like my machine is uncommon. For the record they are S & M, not Hardinge.

Any reason you could not bore out a emergency collet for use right now till you can get a heat treated one made?
