Recently got an 8" polish lathe chuck. The outside clamping face in fine, but the inside clamping faces are pretty well shot. Brand new ones are fairly expensive, so I was wondering if anyone had some spares they'd want to sell.
I've attached photos of it, here are the dimensions

.500" key
.312" keyway
1.062" thickness
3.15" OAL
1.6" tall (not including key)
Hole spacing 1.750"

Thanks!
Eric

The cheapest solution is to buy some soft jaws, and you can't beat them for accuracy, either. Those top jaws are called standard American tongue and groove and soft jaws to match are readily available, even made in USA if you like. I think any 8" T&G hard or soft top jaws except Buck or BTC will fit.
