WTB: Bore Gauge

Hi All,

Looking for a good bore gauge for automotive engine work - that gives me a measurement range of ~1-5", precision is important, so a thou had better be a thou, Metric is fine as well.

I have one of these I used for one project ~4 years ago. Have now gone to 3-point ID mic's. Yours for $75 + shipping

Accuracy is up to you - set it against some known master ring. Note that the empty pocket in the case is not a missing piece -- it's just an extra pocket. The kit is complete.

How close a measurement is to the actual size is accuracy. Precision is how close multiple measurements are to one another. Here is a random website illustrating the difference: Accuracy and Precision
