Depending on the model, and that its not obsolete, they are available from a number of places online such as HW machine parts and machine tool electronics in Dallas.

Thank guys! I was sent to mcmaster-carr by Servo... If it helps anyone my power-feed is a ECF Series, serial# 9575.....
McMaster part# for bottom cap: 30815A73..... $2.74
McMaster part# for "hex seal boot": 30815A74..... $6.00
Strangely, neither part number shows up on their website, but those are the numbers I got when I called in the order.
