WTB: Cam Milling Books, K&T Cam Milling Slide for rotary table.
The book I'm thinking of is: Cam Design and Manufacturing Handbook, by Norton:
Cam Design and Manufacturing Handbook, 2nd Ed.: Robert Norton: 9780831133672: Amazon.com: Books Amazon is quoting me less than $80, which is better than the first time I clicked on the link
I have the K&T cam milling booklet, which is where I discovered that K&T produced a slide assembly to allow a rotary table to be "driven" by a master cam and produce copies.
Is the slide what I actually need? Uh, maybe
.... Anyway, if you have anything to add to this thread, including Trips Down Memory Lane, feel free to contribute a post. 
My primary focus is barrel cams (at the moment ).
