Looking for a double swivel adapter for a Cincinnati Toolmaster mill. This allows the head on a 1-A or 1-B model Toolmaster to nod. Unlike a Bridgeport, the stock head on a 1-A or 1-B can only tilt, there is no ability to change the nod angle.

Give Bob Rowe at Rowe Machinery a call (831) 458-9181. He has a few Toolmasters around and some parts. No clue if he has what you are looking for but can't hurt to ask.

Are you sure you want to do that ? Those mills are already ... well, a colleague used to call them the Lightning Mill - never strikes twice in the same place.

Not sure what your colleague was referring to, but my Toolmaster 1-B is remarkably rigid, and surprisingly accurate given its age. When new, it was equipped with a precision measuring system on all three axes (a pre-DRO system that gave it abilities approaching a jig borer).

I wouldn't expect to have the double swivel adapter installed all of the time, just for those jobs where nodding the head is necessary or more practical than tilting.
