    One place.

Tools-n-Gizmos: New and Used Machine Tooling

For me they are not worth the cost. I assume if anyone wants one for the price asked he would be have to make it. The smallest holder I found was 3/8". Anything smaller I use a 3/8" Acura-Flex collet chuck and collets down to 1/16". You can find them on Ebay now and then. Search misspellings as well, ie "Quick Switch". Good luck.

    Thank you

I tend buy holders for $40 or less and have a decent number (couple dozen) but none in 1/4”. I’ve been using an ER25 stick in a 3/4” endmill holder but I’d rather just use a side lock. If I can’t find something used I’ll either make one or modify a 3/16” holder I have but I’d rather not.

I looked at that link to get a idea of prices. Holy moley !!! If I had to replace what I have with new I bet I would have a $7-8000 bill!! About 18-20 collet and side lock holders ,full set of the 3/8s and 3/4 series collets and the R-8 to K-S adapter. Plus a bit of the 1/2 series stuff. Do to some judicious welling and dealing my investment is on the negative side of the ledger. Really love the stuff !!
