I have a Hardinge DV3SL "end working slide" for a DV59 lathe. It could be called a lever tailstock, or a single station turret. The center height is 4.5 inches and the ram has a 5/8" bore to hold straight shank turret tools. There is a travel stop on the ram. The DV59 bed is a dovetail with a 3.5" width and 60 degree sides, so an adapter would be fairly simple on the top portion. Nice condition, $500 + shipping.
Just one on eBay now, missing several parts, at $650. Hardinge no longer sells them, but they cost thousands when they were available.
