I am looking for a Lisle model 16000 portable hone to finish a 1-7/8" bore. With the right stones, that model goes down to 1-3/4". The more common Lisle 15000 is too big. PM me if you've got a 16000 gathering cobwebs. Thanks!

You might look for a AMMCO brake cylinder grinder set . I know I said grinder but they are very similar to the Sunnen style cylinder finishing hones with a micrometer feed. I have 3 different ones that cover 3/4 up to 2+" . I use them to fit sector shaft bushings mainly, being nowadays you can't buy oversize wheel cylinder repair kits.

Don’t have one for sale, but looked up manufacturers available stones. Why only up to 280 grit?

Call Sunnen they have a model SNJ10 that covers 1.250" -1.750" and a model SN75 that cover 1.750" - 2.000". They have stones to achieve any surface finish you need.
