For "proper", rather then "cheap" you'd go to Riten. Stark specs are almost as good, saved me a few bucks on #12 jarno.

Might be kinder to give him a Gift Certificate to a ladies fancy-smalls store and see if he can parlay that into a just ONE night that will provide happier memories, and for far longer?
