I sold allot of them by the pound, as assortments, and they all went by flat rate box, re-enforce the ends with extra box pieces.
I didn't sort other than MT size.
First run of boxes (about 50lbs each) was sharp, and IIRC $3 lb.
Next run was dulled, chipped, but good overall, $2 lb.
Last run was good taper, but broken ends (need to cut off ends with chopsaw, and regrind) $1 lb.
