You can get those from most anywhere. Cheapos from Shars. MSC (choke choke). Just type it in and search.

I may be wrong, but I think they have these thingies called collets that go into an R8 taper...

Hey! I got one of those thingies.
I use it to hold my 3/4" straight shank slitting saw arbor in my Bridgeport mill.
Sometimes I use that arbor on my CNC mills, then it goes in a ER32 collet chuck. Good thing it's a straight shank arbor since I don't have a 40 taper to R8 adapter...
