Do you mean 40 taper with 20mm buttress thread like the newer Deckels use?

I think official SK40 is like CAT40 but with metric threads and a special notch.

I have an 8mm hydraulic holder that I bought off eBay, not realizing that while the lower half looks like CAT40, the threads for the draw stud are metric, but if I use a BT40 metric threaded draw stud it's not the right length. Would love to find out where to get a draw stud to fit, as I've never seen any... or sell the holder for $40 plus shipping if somebody else can use it.
