I have a Monarch steady rest that might fit your lathe. What is the center height of your machine?

It's a 14c, actual swing is 16.5", so 8.25". Whatcha got?

The steady rest is 9" to the center. Not sure about your monarch but my 13" 61 series, has a actual swing of 15.5 but when you measure a tool that is on center to flat way, you get a height of 8.25". So you may want to check that on your machine. I know the steady rest that I have goes to a monarch and that it is too large for my machine, I always assumed that it when to a 14" lathe but I don't know for sure.

Center height is 8".
I may be picking up an 16CW this weekend, so that 9" steady may work for that one.
