    Default WTB step pulley

Looking for a 3 or 4 step pulley with largest about 6 or 7" OD. 1 1/8" bore w/keyway. Belt size is 4L.
    Thanks,
    Jim

I may be wrong (that rarely happens ) but there's only one source I know of for something like that - Baldor-Maska.

    http://www.maskapulleys.com/Images/product/maska.pdf

The pdf is 6.44 MB but contains everything they offer. Look on pages 49 & 50, they offer exactly what you describe. Not cheap, roughly $75, but perfectly machined and balanced. You'll love the quality

Look for a Browning distributor they catalog a 4 step. BUT they may be machined wrong. I bought one and the bore was not concentric with the grooves. I took it back and was given another. It was worse. I kept it and re-cut the grooves. They are fairly cheap. Check McMaster also...

    Default Thanks for the help....

I decided to just bore out the 1" bore. It weakens the center hub a little, so I'll see how it works.
    Thank you all,
    jim
