I am seriously looking for an ongoing supply of surplus 7075-T6 sheet material, .090 thick. It doesn't have to be large sizes, pieces as small as 10" x 16" would work well and I could accommodate other sizes as well. I had a supplier for the last 3 years who was in charge of selling off surplus material for a large company out West somewhere and I was paying a great price for premium material. Now, they are all out of the cutoffs and don't expect to have any more. Bummer for me as I have a big customer who really liked paying below market price for the material for his parts. This customer is a big one for me and I'd hate to lose him, so I'm looking for more of the same surplus material. If you have any, and I mean any amount of it or know of some available, please let me know. The current market price is about $15.00 per square foot at commercial places for a 12 square foot sheet. I need to do a lot better than that to retain this customer. Thanks.
