WTB: Wells Index mill parts

I've got a Wells Index 887 I just picked up but it's missing a weird array of parts. Whatever I can't find here I'll just get straight from Wells Index, but I wanted to check here in case anyone has a parts machine or just has these laying around. The parts I'm looking for are:

-Handwheels x2 P/N:111-438-001
-Spindle Brake lever P/N:100-003-002
-Wavy washer P/N:880-067-004
-6in quill scale P/N:100-002-765
-#30 nut assembly P/N:895-039-001
-Servo feed X or Y axis not sure of the P/N for full assembly

The #30 nut assembly is low priority, and the handwheels are top priority. Also would be interested in some NMTB 30 tooling if folks are getting rid of it cheap.
