Broken Hardinge HDC heavy duty lathe live center with Morse #2 shank. The center spins but is a little rough and a little loose/wobbly. May need new bearings. I read here on the forum of someone avoiding replacing the bearings by removing the bearings, cleaning them, and putting them back in in reverse. I made a spanner to remove the bearing lock nut and will include it (see last photo). No guarantees the spanner will work for long, as it was a "quick and dirty" project. I removed the lock nut but it was not obvious how to remove the bearings, so I just reassembled it. I have too many other projects right now and didn't want to make this worse by trying to disassemble it further.
$150 plus actual shipping or I'll trade it for/toward things I need: Multifix size E lathe tool post or holders, a 5/16" 2J collet, a D1-3 4-jaw chuck (either a Monarch 10EE "lightweight" Cushman or a regular 6"), Monarch 10EE square dial metric change gears, a Monarch 10EE square dial follower rest, or specific 5C collets (hex or square collets, step collets, round collets smaller than 1/16", or maybe a set of 5C collets by 16ths).
