Default Contactorless cp-302 single phase conversion

Looking for some help with a single phase conversion on my cp-302. Everything thing Iíve read about the 302 says they are contactorless with relays and three scrs. Is there still a way to convert? Iíve read where a couple have been done but I canít find any updated wiring diagrams for them. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Taylor-

Yes, they convert just like contactor-type... only difference is that you have to rearrange the output connections so that they're in wye orientation, not delta. Post the wiring diagram for your machine, I'll see if I can edit and paste it back up. ;-)

Look up your machine's serial number at millerwelds.com under Support>Manuals & Parts

About halfway through, will be a wiring diagram. Take a snapshot of it, and paste it in this thread, along with the serial number.
