Here is a listing for repair charges to a 210 HP "Responder" drive that might be close to the right one?

Repair or Rebuilt Cutler-Hammer GA210TC175-A Responder 210 DC Drive 175Amp | Control System Labs

There are "many" current-production drives from "many" major-makers.

If you have a revenue-relevant or critical-client RDD/deliverables related production line hard-down?

A(ny) useful rebuild has to be fast and RELIABLE... not just cheap.

"New" might have to be considered.. and budgetted.
Can't lend your firm any money, but there are folks here as can help with the search.

Cutler Hammer (now Eaton) got out of the DC drive business long ago and this product line was a brand-label from Baldor at the time. Baldor was bought years ago now by ABB, who doesn't support any of these older products. If it were me, I would replace it with something new from a viable manufacturer that is still making and supporting DC drives.
