This came to me from a estate buy and needs a new home as I do not do electrics ! 
Is this something that still has a use ? And what would I call it to list it for sale? Won't fit any FR boxes so 20 lbs UPS i guess. Worth ? If it ain't worth $20 bucks or so for my time dump in the Goodwill box I suppose. Thanks for any enlightenment you can give on this dumb thing .
