I have a vertical mill, model JTM-2. The FWD-OFF-REV cam switch broken, and I purchased a new one on amazon (not OEM). My issue is that the OEM switch was labelled with positions 5, V, 6, U, S, but the new one I have is numbered 1-12. No idea where to put all 6 wires (red+black from pwr source, red+black+wht+yellow from the motor) on the switch, and the ground goes to the chassis. Does anyone have some advice or a similar switch? The new switch is a Chinese one, brand is Gelei. Someone else took the switch apart, and did NOT take pictures.

Fixed your title so it does not directly contravene the forum rules.

This appears to be a single phase capacitor-start motor. Is it also a two-voltage motor? Or just 240VAC?

Do you have a multimeter that includes an ohms scale?

Pictures of the switch may be of assistance. We do NOT need pics of the whole mill, just the switch and maybe the motor data plate and any wiring diagram that may be under a wiring cover, etc..

I assume you have the manual for the product, and it does not help you at all.
