I have a new to me Fortuna grinder and what seems to be a speed adjustment switch via a lever on the work is broken.

It’s a 1968 vintage and am looking for something similar. I have a picture of the side and back. I’ll get one of the front of you need it but I am looking to see if there are reproductions or NOS.

I’ll post a couple picture tomrrow.

Alright it may be a Siemens Limit Switch.

I am just having trouble with the terminology of the actual switch and trying to find something that is more modern and available.

The limit switch I am looking at on the Siemens website has the plunger type but not sure how or what I am supposed to call the 6 contacts that are inside.

Any help is appreciated

Thanks

It actually may be a Fuji Electric Switch K244 style. But I believe it was specially made becuase of the 1 NO 2NC whereas these that are available are 1NO 1NC. What I might be able to do is stack two switches in series.

You would need to put the switches in parallel.

The original switch is a DPDT configuration.

Was this setup as off-speed1-speed2-speed3?
