How to switch on phase converter?

I was planning to use a pony motor to get the 20hp 3ph motor up to speed

Then to use a 80 amp disconect to turn power on to the entire circuit.

After trying to find information here, I am seeing a lot of contactors and relays in other peoples desings.

I only used capacitors and a block, all capacitors are from L1 to the generated 3rd leg. Was going to run from the block to a 3 phase outlet for machines to be run.

Is my design piss poor, or will it be fine?
Also will the 80 or 100 amp disconect be good enough for switching on power?

Thanks for the help.

A switch works, but isn't ideal.

What makes contactors great is they are A) rated for starting and stopping motors and B) will automatically turn off if power is lost. This prevents anything from trying to start when the power comes back on.
