    That does make a difference, another 10%. But I would caution against going bigger, unless absolutely necessary. Your motor is old, and intermittent duty, as far as load is concerned. So I would stick to the standard 115% unless it proves to be a problem with nuisance trips.

    Another thing that is possible, is to use the newer style type W heater elements. They might be easier and cheaper to locate used. You just need to remove the solder pot stud, below your old N style heaters with two small screws. The W style heaters, has the solder pot stud built in.

    Here is the table for the W heaters, calibrated for your Sz0 manual starter. This chart is for single phase, and you use it because your old style starter only has two heater elements.
