I am hoping to power a '98 Mori SL-25SY with a 60hp American Rotary AD rotary converter, but it is (barely) within the budget to buy a phaseperfect or something.
The subspindle is nonfunctional at the moment dropping the power requirements, but I think the live tool motor might be like 10hp or something. What are the chances of powering this thing with an AD-75 or a PT-040 on a 200 amp circuit? Which route would you go considering I probably won't need the subspindle anytime soon, and the budget is always a factor?
