We recently bought this Cincinnati shear. It has a 7 1/2 hp motor wired 240v. Currently running off a cord to one of my welder outlets.
The cover for the starter is gone, and I'd like to install this Square D combination starter disconnect that I have.
The starter in the enclosure is different than every other one in my shop. There doesn't seem to be a transformer. How do you get power to the 120v coil? Off one of the 3 phase legs? I have a 240v service with a wild leg. I do have a Square D .100kva transformer I could put in the enclosure if I need to.
