Source of vintage motor overloads?

One of these out of the 8 installed on our Leland-Gifford no. 2 quad drill smokes a good bit at times. Yes we’re checking for the root cause of what may be some overload or single-phasing on that variable/speed drill, seems to happen on the very low-speed setting. In case that overload is bad, where can I get a néw one? None on Eboo that look like these.

Definitely old. Two heaters for three phases - they don't make 'em like that anymore. There are some supply houses out there that specialize in buying up NOS electrical equipment from manufacturers or product lines that go under - so they can sell them for an arm and a leg to the guy who absolutely needs them.

Might be easier to replace the whole overload relay. Nowadays electronic overload relays can be had which can be dialed in to whatever trip current and trip class (time-current curve) you need.
