Teco L510-202-H1-U power up issues. Need a bit of help

So I bought a Teco L510-202-H1-U and have everything wired up. (220v 1ph to 220v 3ph). Checked and double checked everything.
220v from a good known source (runs mig and tig welders perfectly. One at a time.)

I have a simple Square D wall switch with breakers as my main switch. (Lowes, if it matters)

Power is getting to the T1 and T3 lugs of the VFD, about 105v, per)

The issue I have is the VFD is showing no signs of life. LEDs aren't coming on, fan isn't turning (assuming it is always on), etc

It's as if there's a built in on/off switch I don't know about.

Note:To my knowledge the VFD is new.

Power in:
One leg of 220v to T1
The other to T3
Ground to ground.

This should "just work", right?

Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Power should go to the "L" terminals, and motor to the "T" terminals.

Hopefully you did not damage anything.

You are right. My bad. Turned out to be a bad connection in the wall. Mig/tig plugs pulled down and made connection. VFD didn't so we were suffering an open......
Gotta love electrical work. :)
