TECO L519 "OU-C" error

After I increased the max freq to 100, and reduced the accel and decel time to 2 seconds, every so often when going from running to stop position on the FNR lever, I get an "OU-C" error. I cannot find this error thru google or in the my manual

UPDATE: This resulted from too short decel time. It IS in the manual pdf but not searchable!

Over (O) Voltage (U is voltage) on Constant Speed (C), as opposed to A (Acceleration) or D (Deceleration). It just means you got an Over Voltage condition while you were not accelerating or decelerating. It can happen when your load spins slightly faster than what the drive tells it to.
