Here is what I got

. What you all say. I have a 200 amp 3 phase pnale in teh shop. can I parallel L1 and L2 to that and phase converter without problems. I wanna be able to tap the 1 phase off the breaker panel when the rotary is off. Should I add a separate 1 phase panel? can these be mounted outside in say for example a dog house?

You will not run it, more likely the power co doesn't have big transformers to feed your service anyway. It is common for the power co to feed a 200 amp service with a 25 kva bank, no where near the power to start the big motor you have...Phil

61kVA is not going to run off a 200A 240V single phase service no matter what. That's 48kVA.

You need a big generator or a service upgrade, and in both cases it's probably best to go straight to 3P rather than mess with converters.
