Default Are W&S Collets Interchangeable Between No.3, No.4, and No.5?

Could a collet for a No.5 be used on a No.4 etc. if it's still a size within the machine's capacity?

This may be an obvious question since the collet boxes are marked with the model (No.3 etc.) so I'm guessing they're model specific.

    Their book TOOLS states:

    #3 used collet 461 or 1369

    #4 used collet 1129

    #5 used collet 471

John - Are there dimensions listed in that book? I've looked for a list of dimensions and haven't found one yet.

It does have a related line drawing and tabulates four dimensions - with angle being part of the line drawing on the PUSHOUT SOLID COLLETS I referred to above

There was also a flock of larger sizes using EXTRA CAPACITY PUSHOUT COLLET CHUCK
