Can you say a little more about your need?

On the face of it, your question doesn't make sense. A website can't heat treat steels, you need an actual physical business that does heat treating. And related to that, is a question of where you're located. Most cities of decent size will have a local heat treater. And if you consider mailing parts to one somewhere else in the country (which country) it would have to be for very specialized treatment such as vacuum hardening or cryogenic treatments.

The best source of heat treatment information is always the company that manufactured the steel. If they can't supply you with temperature time graphs etc find a better supplier.

Sure they can. Send them a picture of the steel, they heat treat it and send it back text or email. Easy peasy.

Not sure but large batches can only be done via email. Text is ok for small stuff.
