Fagor 8055i/B-T Program Assistance

Hello all,
New member here and first post seeking assistance with Fagor 8055i/B-T control.

This control is on a 2006 DMTG flatbed lathe.

The lathe was relocated this past summer and has not run a stored program for several years.

The problem is that it will run the old stored programs but it will not run a newly entered program created on the Conversational or ISO format.

If I enter a new program # in the ISO format using the same code as an old stored program it gives a message (PLEASE CLOSE THE DOOR). If I enter a new program # using the Conversational side it throws the same message (PLEASE CLOSE THE DOOR)

When I toggle between the CO and M/T modes I can see differences in the program. The MT mode screen appears to be calling a subprogram but there is no subprogram shown on the CO mode screen.

Any assistance with this will be much appreciated.
