110/220 wiring help on old motor

I got an old crescent bandsaw the other day and in order to move it the guy removed the motor and didn't mark how the wiring was hooked up. it was setup for 110 before and I want to put it back that way. I don't really know which wires to hook up but they are all labled so if I can get some help I can do it. thanks got the help

Call an electrician, there are too many variables and ways to go wrong to figure this out on a forum.

it can't be that hard to do, some one around here will know how to read the plate and be able to tell which 2 wires from the motor go together to make the 2 pairs that hook to the 2 wires on the 110 cord.

Like it shows on the plate... Join T1 and T2, then join T3 and T4. 120v wires one to each pair. Ground wire to the motor case, somewhere.

for 220 wiring would it be a 120 wire to T1 and T4 and hook T2 & T3 together?

Yes, just as the nameplate shows. In the case of 240 volt (same 220 for you purposes) I assume you mean by "120v wiring" the two incoming live wires...?
