I'd rather not put $3,499 in something that has a table built from phenolic coated flakeboard purchased at Home Depot or Lowes. Also, the vertical supports appear to be built from oak lumber. There is no description of what is used for ways or what type of drives mechanisms are used. (toothed belts, ball screws or some type of chain drive)

Thank you for your inaccurate and misleading comment. You are completely incorrect as to the construction of this CNC router. The frame is made up of powder coated, welded steel tube and the gantry is made out of solid, machined aluminum. The sacrificial T slot board is made out of commercial grade materials and is supported, off the steel frame, by a piece of quality wood. But it has nothing to do with the mechanical structure of the Router system which is very solid.

If anyone has any real questions, they are welcome to email me.
