Hi all, I have a bent front axle for an industrial cart that I need straightened.
It's a mild steel shaft about 1" diameter and 36" long with some mounting plates welded to it. It is bent about a quarter inch and I would like it straightened out within 0.025" or so. Either heat or press is fine as this is a non-critical application.
If you have this capability at your shop or you know of a repair shop in the area that does this kind of work, please let me know. Thanks
