I came in today and saw a toll had fallen out of the toold arm . And I get an error that says
EX1253
SUB-ARM MOTOR OVERLOAD
This is a mori-seiki SH-630 - 227
With MSC-516
I got the tool out and now I can't get rid of the error , I shut down machine and it looks almost like the tool arm is not in the home position and needs to be reset or something . Sorry, I have rnever seen this problem and we have no maintenance on 2nd shift. Any ideas boys?
