Thanks guys I appreciate all of the help, this has been a very helpful thread for me. I think I will get a book and the free Starret information pamphlets and start learning how to accurately measure and draw the parts. I know with time I will learn more about all of this machining stuff, hopefully the machiniest is forthcoming with his knowledge..
