The oldest reinforced concrete bridge is in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. Built in 1889. Still in use today.

to late to edit my reply. According to that article the first concrete bridge was built with fake stalactites on the ceiling to make it look old. They also say the cast fake stone look is better then modern ones.
